New American Dream
One of my favorite websites is http://www.newamericandream.org/ - they are a wealth of inspiration and information on everything from greening your home and work and environmental issues in politics to being a conscious consumer.
They even have a wonderful "Alternative Gift Registry" where YOU can choose what you'd like - whether it be an item or a helping hand. They have tips for planning a 'green' event as well.
